About Our RV Park Family

Back in 2007, Charlie and Robin Schouweiler bought the Riverside RV Park to fulfill their dream in running a family business with their two kids. Now, after 17 years, the family business has grown into including our amazing staff into our RV park family, with even many of our staff kids growing up here. As our business is our family, we treat all our customers as family in giving them a welcoming environment and helpful services to make our customers feel at home. Our goal is to make sure every customer that stays with us feels at home during their stay, whether that be for one night or for many months to come. 

Dottie is the last park dog and mascot of Riverside RV Park. 

Back when we first started our business, we adopted Dottie 

as an honorary member of the Riverside RV Park family. 

She sadly passed away in 2023 at the age of 19, 

but still holds a place in our hearts. We honor her memory 

by naming our dog park after her, the Dottie Dog Park.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we run our business in ways that honor God - which is more than just being closed on Sundays. As our staff goes the extra mile in helping our customers with whatever the situation. We also have staff at the campground all the time in just case an emergency happens. For in following the example in the verse John 15:12 ESV, we treat all our customers with the same respect and love as God does for us.
